Catering and chefing is more than simply a job, it’s a form of entertaining. Wherever I am, I not only want to be fulfilling people’s appetites but creating an occasion that they can enjoy and relax in.

It also allows me to engage with local suppliers and source the very best ingredients.

Through my own culinary involvement I have been fortunate to enjoy, I hope you too can experience a little piece of my hospitality and warm welcome.

Services

Private Dining

Experience the pleasure of having a chef in your own kitchen: have me come to you. I’ll prepare and serve a meal of your choice, taking care of everything (even the tidying up) so that you can enjoy your party with family and friends.

Event Catering

If you have a big event coming up, I have 22 years of experience into how events come together and can deliver any or all aspects of the occasion. Food is always at the heart of my planning and I will ensure your event menu is designed to your tastes and given that personal touch. I also own the venue Pratis Barns, in Fife, and would welcome you to hold an event there, where we can put together a whole event package for you.

Holiday Catering

If you’ve booked a holiday and want to be able to enjoy the break, or maybe it coincides with a special celebration and you’re worried about getting the food right on the night. I can take care of any or all party requirements while you are away from your own home, leaving you to concentrate on having fun.

Menus

For every client, I always want to emphasise the importance of establishing their personal tastes and favourite ingredients or flavours.

This allows me to design a menu specific to each event, whilst also allowing creativity and the opportunity to try something new. However if you're open to suggestions, I will happily put together a menu that reflects the occasion and location of the event and the season.

Over the years, I have come to learn of some fantastic producers and suppliers and all are able to deliver the many ingredient requests and other specialty items that can enhance any menu.

Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job of the catering for Sarah and Bill’s wedding yesterday. Everyone was raving about the food, many saying it was the best wedding meal they had had! I would certainly agree with that. People are still speaking about it today!

The food that Patrick and his team put together for our wedding breakfast was epic. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had – including some who reluctantly said it was much better than their own wedding breakfast and that they wished they’d known about Patrick before! The flavours and quality of the food were amazing and beautifully presented. Patrick took care to understand what we wanted - having a great vegetarian option was really important to us and Patrick created a really different and special vegetarian main, which was absolutely delicious. Patrick was professional and organised our catering with no fuss, which amongst the stress of wedding planning was a welcome relief. We can’t recommend Patrick and his team enough – thank you so much for helping make our wedding day so memorable!
